Ww1 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document contains the full terms and conditions governing use of the ww1 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions contained herein.

These terms apply to all users accessing ww1 from Malaysia. Effective date: 1 January 2026.

Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

By registering an account, logging in or using any part of the ww1 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to abide by all terms and conditions set out in this document, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Use of the ww1 platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
  • Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Does not reside in or access the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting activities are prohibited.
  • Register with accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information.
  • Does not have any other active account registered under the same identity on the ww1 platform.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately. ww1 reserves the right to refuse or terminate access for any user who does not meet the eligibility requirements above.

Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities

Registration and Information Accuracy

Each user is only permitted to hold one account on the ww1 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is a serious breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any remaining balances. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete and kept up to date.

Account Security & Password

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. ww1 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone call. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, unless it can be proven that unauthorised access occurred without any negligence on your part. You must notify ww1 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technical means to access or manipulate the platform.
  • Engaging in fraud, money laundering or any activity that violates applicable laws.
  • Sharing your account with others or transferring account ownership.
  • Abusing bonuses or promotions in a manner that goes against the intended purpose of those programmes.
  • Attempting to hack, attack or disrupt ww1's system operations.

Payments, Deposits and Transactions in MYR

All financial transactions on the ww1 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support local payment methods including FPX, online banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay. Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from legitimate sources and are their own.

Deposit Terms

Minimum deposit amounts and daily deposit limits are subject to the current policy displayed in the account panel. All deposits are subject to security checks, and ww1 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any transaction deemed unusual or exceeding certain thresholds.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same user's name. ww1 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawals suspected of involving fraud, bonus abuse or suspicious activity. Withdrawal processing times depend on the user's VIP tier and chosen payment method. Any taxes or fees imposed by the bank or payment provider are solely the user's responsibility.

Liability Limits, Account Policy and Intellectual Property

Ww1 Liability Limits

Ww1 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business disruption. ww1's total liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim. The ww1 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and we make no guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.

Account Suspension and Closure

Ww1 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or breach of applicable laws. In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be fully forfeited depending on the outcome of an internal investigation. Users whose accounts have been closed for legitimate reasons may contact ww1 customer support via email for further enquiries.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ww1 platform — including brand names, logos, interface design, text, graphics, software code and databases — is the exclusive property of ww1 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify or exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from ww1.

Third-Party Links

The ww1 platform may contain links or references to third-party services for the convenience of users. ww1 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to Terms and Governing Law

Ww1 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically for the latest updates. Continued use of the ww1 platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If you disagree with any changes made, you have the right to close your account by contacting our customer support. Closing your account for this reason will not incur any penalty, and any eligible balance will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in ww1's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction, as appropriate.
